Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms and hotel spaces are spotless, refreshed, and welcoming. You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, maintaining cleanliness and guest-ready presentation across assigned areas.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping or guest service experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while staying reliable and friendly with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways per brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and supplies; refresh rooms.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and readiness.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage closets, linen areas, and workspaces.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found, safety concerns, and room status.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping needs professionally.
• Follow sanitation, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
• Support deep cleaning and VIP arrivals as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering.
• Contribute to clean, welcoming spaces aligned with Sonesta's People People culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
