Job description

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is looking for their next Room Attendant.

This hotel offers 326 well-appointed guestrooms and 15,142 square feet of versatile meeting space. Dining options include a stylish lobby lounge, in-room service, and premium cuts at the on-site Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Conveniently located in the heart of Buckhead, the hotel is within walking distance of Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza.

We’re seeking a dependable housekeeping room attendant with at least one year of experience in a hotel setting who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Shift Pattern: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Weekdays, weekends, holidays availability required and flexibility to adjust for earlier or later shifts)

Pay Rate: $14.65 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming

·Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed

·Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed

·Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis

·Dispose of trash and recyclables

·Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

·Perform guest turn down service, as needed
