Job summary

Remington Hospitality in El Paso, TX seeks a detail-oriented housekeeping associate to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.

You will clean, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, respect guest privacy, and work efficiently to meet timeframes; training available for the right candidate. This role involves weekend/holiday shifts and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and countertops.
• Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly organized and presented according to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and questions.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established timeframes.
• Assist other Housekeeping team members as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
