Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings for guest assistance.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
