Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is hiring a Room Attendant to join our team in providing attentive and courteous service to guests. The role focuses on maintaining clean, comfortable rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Ensure rooms have fresh linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Know hotel property, services and hours of operation to assist guests.
• Restock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items left by guests and report per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
