Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms thoroughly according to standards.
• Prepare rooms by setting up supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas and closets.
• Restock housekeeping cart for the next day’s use and replenish supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
