Job summary

Ganir & Co. is seeking a Saturday-only Room Attendant Assistant to maintain clean hotel guestrooms and provide attentive guest service in Lahaina, HI. You will strip beds, replace linens, and ensure trash removal while upholding the standards of a luxury resort.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, dusting, restocking amenities, and safely storing items at shift end. Experience in housekeeping and a flexible weekend schedule are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Attention to detail required.
• Able to work Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Strip linen off beds.
• Change linens, pillowcases and make beds.
• Ensure trash is taken out of rooms & appropriately disposed of.
• Collect linens from assigned floors to landing.
• Clean bathroom including sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower.
• Dust furniture, picture frames, lamps, bed frames, TVs, etc.
• Polish counters and mirrors/glass, empty trash cans and vacuum floors.
• Restock guest room amenities such as coffee pods, water, soap, shampoo, etc.
• Ensure keys, phone and housekeeping cart are put away at end of shift.
• Report wear and tear in rooms to supervisor.
• Interact and greet guests with a smile; ensure guest satisfaction.

As a Room Attendant assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive hotel guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and excellent service to all guests.

• Strip linen off beds
• Change linens, pillowcases and make beds.
• Ensure trash is taken out of rooms & appropriately disposed of
• Collecting linens from assigned floors to landing.
• Clean bathroom including the sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower.
• Dust furniture, picture frames, lamps, bed frames, TVs etc.
• Polish counters and mirrors/glass, empty trash cans and vacuum floors.
• Restock all guest room amenities such as coffee pods, water, soap, shampoo etc.
• Ensure keys, phone and housekeeping cart are put away at end of shift.

• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Previous housekeeping and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible schedule, with required Saturdays & occasionally during holidays.
