Peregrine Yountville Management LLC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms and deliver attentive, courteous service to guests.

The role requires flexibility for long hours, nights, weekends or holidays, and involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Paid at $23.50 per hour, with equal opportunity employment.

• Participate in all required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming with proper uniform and nametag.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and stock housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and patios.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and tidy.
• Restock cleaning supplies on the housekeeping cart.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately to Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the company’s Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and patios.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed (if applicable).
• Restock housekeeping golf cart with cleaning supplies.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Working Conditions and Schedule

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including nights, weekends or holidays.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Required to stand, walk, climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, and bend (fold, organize, scrub, etc.)
• May have exposure to chemicals.
