Description

Our Room Attendants ensure the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms and suites, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. They pay attention to detail, from amenities to cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
• Replenish room amenities such as paper products, soap, and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior entry areas and hallways.
• Restock and organize housekeeping carts daily.
• Manage keys and handle lost and found items.
• Report unusual situations and address guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Keep linen closets and supply areas organized.
• Report maintenance needs.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Be flexible with work schedules to meet hotel demands.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and bend during shifts.
