Mayflower Inn and Spa in Washington, CT is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to carefully prepare and maintain guest rooms, ensuring comfort and warmth for our guests.

Qualifications

• One-year Housekeeping experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
