Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group in Warwick, Rhode Island is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver a clean, comfortable guest environment and uphold brand standards. You will greet guests, service rooms, and respond to guest requests to ensure a memorable stay.

This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and attention to detail. You will handle towels, amenities, floors, dusting, and reporting maintenance needs, with opportunities for professional growth within our hospitable team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.

What you will be doing:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests .
