Room Attendant Overview

First impressions are everything. As a Room Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Room Attendants are ambassadors of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.

What you will be doing

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.

Responsibilities
