Job summary

The Room Attendant will clean and tidy guest rooms to the hotel’s standards, restock amenities, change linens, and report maintenance issues to the appropriate department. You will help ensure privacy and safety while delivering a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests.

Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
