Job summary

Doubletree TCC, LLC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

You will clean rooms, replace linens, restock amenities, and assist guests with inquiries, all while adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens and refresh amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a professional and friendly manner.
