Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Part Time Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the hotel's high standards. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager and ensure accuracy in reports and tasks while delivering friendly service.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, at least 1 year of room attendant experience (luxury hotel preferred), and excellent communication skills. A fast-paced environment, teamwork, and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High School diploma or its equivalent.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year Room Attendant experience, preferable at a luxury hotel.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable laws regarding the operation of hotels and restaurants.
• Must have great attention to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Housekeeping Manager and maintain and clean guest rooms.
• Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Be flexible with schedule, including weekends, holidays, AM/PM/overnight shifts when needed.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining and cleaning guest rooms. Room Attendants must maintain and clean guest rooms according to the standards of the hotel.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
