The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, efficient linen and supply handling, and reporting maintenance needs promptly. You will assist with laundry as needed and uphold security and privacy for guests and property.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways and public areas to standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
• Follow room amenity and inventory policies.
• Turn in items left by guests and secure keys after shifts.
• Assist with laundry as needed and report maintenance issues promptly.

Riviera Beach House is searching for a part-time Room Attendant to join the team! The room attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways and other areas as assigned and complying with Company standards.

Must be available to work Wednesday - Sunday.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls, etc.
• Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.
• Follow Company policy for room amenities.
• Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately.
• Maintain complete security of master room key. Return the key at the end of shift.
• Never leave the property with key.
• Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention.
• Assist with laundry as needed.
