Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room areas according to company procedures and standards.

Essential Job Functions

This is a summary of primary responsibilities and qualifications. The hotel operates 24/7, so shifts may vary.

1. Stock housekeeping supplies to ensure proper cleaning of rooms.
2. Knock and observe procedures before entering guest rooms.
3. Clean assigned rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked and checklists are completed.
4. Mark clean rooms for inspection.
5. Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
6. Secure guest room doors upon leaving.
7. Keep corridors and service areas tidy.
8. Return lost items and guest keys.
9. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
10. Know fire prevention and emergency protocols.
11. Use protective equipment as required.
12. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or property issues.
13. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned and assist colleagues as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform cleaning tasks.
