Job description

As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day—creating a haven for relaxation or last-minute work.

Key Accountabilities

1. Maintain our standards by making each room special and memorable for guests.
2. Assist guests with needs such as toiletries or directions.
3. Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
4. Follow safety procedures diligently and wear protective equipment when necessary.
5. Manage supplies and amenities efficiently, minimizing waste.
6. Reunite lost items with owners and log any lost and found property.
7. Present a professional appearance by wearing your uniform with pride.
8. Perform ad-hoc duties as required, including deep cleaning and turndown services.
9. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.

Key Skills & Experiences

1. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves being on your feet most of the day.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
