Position Overview: The Room Attendant maintains clean and attractive guestrooms, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
2. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup.
3. Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
4. Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.
5. Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
6. Replenish chemical bottles.
7. Report missing items (e.g., irons, hair dryers) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
8. Report maintenance issues immediately.
9. Handle "Lost and Found" items according to standards.
10. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel-related experience preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, friendly and courteous demeanor.
