Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Pullman, Washington is seeking a diligent housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms to exacting standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. Starting pay is $17.13 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within Stonebridge.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain clean rooms, restock amenities, and ensure guest comfort by following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required; up to one month related experience or training.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and perform physical tasks.
• Attention to detail and speed in cleaning while following standard procedures.
• Able to lift and push/pull items up to 30 lbs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms to exacting standards, restocks amenities, and replaces linens.
• Removes dirty items and cleans all areas of the room, including bathroom and living spaces.
• Remains compliant with work rules and safety standards and interacts professionally with staff.
• Cleans hallways and common areas as assigned by supervisor.

Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones. Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
