Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Room Attendant for the Canopy by Hilton in Deer Valley, Park City, UT. You will maintain guest rooms to the brand's high standards, clean and sanitize spaces, and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with opportunities to work full-time or part-time at a premier mountain resort. Training and seasonal scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hotel room experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 25-30 pounds and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Cozy yet dynamic, it’s mountain luxury reimagined.---### **Overview:**The Room Attendant is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel. This role ensures the cleanliness, order, and efficient operation of all guest rooms, as well as providing essential support to our guests and housekeeping team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for meticulously cleaning and preparing stayover and check-out rooms, assisting with guest requests, and managing linen, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for both arriving and in-house guests. This position will also perform general and deep cleaning of guest rooms as needed.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Operational Support:** + Clean and prepare guest rooms, including stayover and check-out rooms, adhering to established hotel procedures and brand standards. + Remove soiled linens and towels and place in back landings. + Make beds, change linens, and replace towels. + Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and floors. + Dust, polish, and wipe down all surfaces. + Service Minibar. + Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors. + Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. + Replenish in-room amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and stationery. + Arrange all clothing items in occupied guestrooms are folded neatly. + Perform self-inspections of all assigned rooms to ensure they meet quality and brand standards before reporting them as ready. + Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly utilizing HotSos. + Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart and linen closet.* **General Duties:** + Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including OSHA standards, particularly those related to engineering and maintenance. + Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively. + Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. + Handle chemicals and cleaning agents according to safety guidelines. + Perform the duties of a house attendant as needed.## Qualifications### **Qualifications:**Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment, is a plus.* **Skills:*** Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.* Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaboratively within a team.* Strong organizational skills.* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members.* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage is desirable.* **Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.* Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds.* Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.---### **Why Join Extell Hospitality Services?**EHS is dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality through operational excellence and innovative strategies.
