Essential Job Functions

1. Stock housekeeping supplies and amenities to ensure proper cleaning of each room.
2. Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
3. Clean assigned guest rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked and checklists are completed.
4. Mark clean rooms for supervisor inspection.
5. Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
6. Secure guest room doors upon exit.
7. Keep corridors and service areas tidy.
8. Return lost and found items and guest room keys.
9. Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
10. Know fire prevention and emergency procedures.
11. Use protective equipment and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
12. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned and assist team members as needed.
