Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards before arrival.
• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Document rooms cleaned and report any damage or lost items.
• Respond to guest questions during their stay.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, restrooms, and lobby.

• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby
