Overview: The Room Attendant maintains clean, attractive guestrooms and provides courteous, attentive service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly, courteous manner.

Salary Range: $16.75 - $17.25 per hour
