The Homewood Suites Goldsboro is hiring Room Attendants for 1st shift positions, available 7 days a week (weekends required). Pay is $12-13 per hour, with benefits including quarterly bonuses, 401k with employer match, paid time off, and DailyPay options.

Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms, and organizing supplies. Candidates must pass security clearance, demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness, and have relevant experience (helpful but not mandatory).

Essential functions involve standing, lifting, bending, and communication. Specific physical requirements include pushing/pulling 60 pounds, lifting 30 pounds, and standing for long periods. English proficiency is required; additional languages may be helpful.

Knowledge needed covers linen handling, sanitation, guestroom cleaning, and safety protocols. Skills include efficient cleaning, respecting guest privacy, professionalism, and teamwork. Abilities include working independently, multitasking, and effective communication.

Key responsibilities involve cleaning rooms to brand standards, maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the work area, responding to guest requests, and understanding emergency procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Working conditions require standing and walking for extended periods, with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Opportunities for advancement include roles in front office, food and beverage, or supervisory positions.
