Responsabilités

• Clean assigned guest rooms to brand standards, make beds, vacuum, dust and tidy furnishings.
• Restock amenities and supplies; replace liners and ensure cleanliness of bathrooms.
• Empty trash, clean exterior entryways, and maintain linen closets.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and handle guest requests when possible.
• Ensure rooms are secure on exit and provide 100% guest satisfaction with genuine hospitality.
