Description

As a Room Attendant at the Residence Inn you will:

• Be Meticulous – maintain clean and attractive guestrooms, make beds, change linens, clean, dust, polish and vacuum to meet or exceed hotel/franchise standards.
• Focus on Details – ensure windows are shining, towels folded correctly, supplies restocked, closets neat and clean with proper hangers.
• Be Organized – keep housekeeping closet and cart area ready.
• Be a Team Player – support coworkers by pitching, training new staff, participating in department events.
• Be a Housekeeping Ambassador – greet guests warmly with a smile.
• Be a Safety & Security Agent – follow safety and security policies, anticipate problems and report to management.
