Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring an adequate supply for each room.
• Ensure that all rooms are stocked with the necessary amenities and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor or management.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and other common areas of the hotel.
• Adhere to the hotel’s operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional items or services.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and other departments to uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and service.
• Participate in special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
