Job summary

Capital Hotel in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Part-Time Room Attendant to deliver clean, comfortable spaces that welcome guests and elevate their stay. You will clean and service assigned guest rooms, restock amenities, inspect for quality, update room status, and assist with safety and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

We are hiring a Part-Time Room Attendant at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock, AR!

As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience-delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.

• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).

• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.

• Update room status and complete required reports.

• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.

• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.

• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.

• Basic communication and guest service skills.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
