Job summary

Peregrine Tiburon Management, LLC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

You will thoroughly clean rooms to the property's standards, handle pre-cleaning duties, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues, while upholding all safety rules and the company's Service culture.

This role requires a neat appearance, punctuality and teamwork as part of our guest-focused hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Must adhere to the company’s Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and patios.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed (if applicable).
• Restock housekeeping golf cart with cleaning supplies.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the standards.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
