Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Room Attendant to take ownership of the daily housekeeping operations and ensure service standards are met for guests and staff. You will partner with team members to clean rooms, maintain common areas, and handle laundry as needed.

Emphasis is on friendly guest interactions, efficient task execution, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines. The role offers a benefits package and opportunities to contribute to a high-service hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with guests and housekeeping staff.
• Ability to perform daily housekeeping tasks to standard.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.

Job description

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.
