Peachtree Group seeks a Room Attendant to manage daily housekeeping tasks and deliver guest-ready rooms in line with brand standards.

You will interact with guests and collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely servicing of rooms, laundry duties, and upkeep of public areas, while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff effectively.
• Team-oriented with a focus on delivering high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to standards.
• Prepare guest rooms for arrival and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary and restock supplies.
• Report damages or repairs to management and assist guests with requests.
• Maintain supply rooms and uphold a high level of guest satisfaction.

Job description

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
