Job description

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team-player, and a highly-organized professional.

Responsibilities

1. Perform cleaning duties and prepare guest rooms to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive.
2. Respond to general questions from guests during their stay.
3. Maintain cleanliness of common spaces such as hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
4. Document cleaned rooms, report lost and found items, and report any damages or repairs needed.
5. Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Impeccable work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
2. Experience with various cleaning products and techniques.
3. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
4. At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience preferred.

Compensation

$12 - $13 hourly
