Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
2. Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
3. Follow all safety and security procedures mandated by the hotel.
4. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, and surrounding area.
5. Ensure rooms are stocked with essentials like soap, tissues, and glasses.
6. Identify and report items left behind by guests, following hotel lost and found procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to multi-task.
