Position Overview: The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, maintaining cleanliness of guest floors, hallways, public areas, and restrooms. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, polishing furniture and fixtures
• Replenish supplies and ensure cleanliness of hallways and stairways
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning carpets and upholstery
• Report maintenance issues and ensure proper use of supplies
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and guest service, including greeting guests and using guest names

Qualifications:

• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work flexible shifts
• Customer service oriented and a team player

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Operate under stressful conditions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
