Candlewood Suites in Fort Myers is seeking a detail‑oriented Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest spaces and public areas. You will clean rooms to brand standards and assist with turns and deep cleaning as needed.

Ideal candidates bring hotel or healthcare housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Weekend/holiday shifts and a positive attitude are valued.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenishing amenities, towels, and linens with care and consistency.
• Reporting maintenance issues or room damage promptly to engineering or management.
• Ensuring carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Following safety and sanitation protocols, including handling chemicals and linens properly.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and room turns as needed.
• Providing friendly, respectful service to guests and responding to requests with urgency.
