Job Summary

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room areas according to company procedures and standards.

Essential Job Functions

1. Stock housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities.
2. Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
3. Clean assigned guest rooms, ensure amenities are stocked, and complete housekeeping checklists.
4. Mark cleaned rooms for supervisor inspection.
5. Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
6. Secure guest room doors upon exit.
7. Maintain neat corridors and service areas.
8. Return lost and found items and guest room keys.
9. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
10. Know fire prevention and emergency procedures.
11. Use protective equipment as required.
12. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or property issues to management.
13. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
15. Assist fellow housekeeping staff as needed.
