Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms according to company procedures and standards.

Essential Job Functions

1. Stock housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and amenities.
2. Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
3. Clean assigned guest rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked, and complete the housekeeping checklist.
4. Mark clean rooms for supervisor inspection.
5. Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
6. Secure guest room doors upon exit.
7. Keep corridors and service areas neat.
8. Return lost and found items and guest room keys.
9. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
10. Know fire prevention and emergency procedures.
11. Use protective equipment as required.
12. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
13. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
15. Assist other housekeeping staff when needed.
