The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, maintaining cleanliness of guest floors and public areas, and assisting with overall hotel cleanliness. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Essential Functions

• Clean guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas
• Perform quality checks on room amenities and report maintenance issues
• Ensure proper use of supplies and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests courteously
