Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms including changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Use cleaning chemicals to sanitize each guestroom.
• Replenish supplies and amenities to standard.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard.
• Deliver or retrieve items requested by guests.
• Ensure guestrooms are secured after cleaning.
• Adhere to the lost and found policy for items left behind.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets.

Job description

The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. His “club for mutual improvement” brought together people from all backgrounds to discuss issues and ideas of the time while enjoying life. With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, our hotel gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. This individual is a part of the amazing heart of house team that takes pride in everything they do to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Their primary roles include changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing guest requests thoughtfully and knowledgeably to make sure the rooms are stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

Requested Tasks:

• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms
• Must use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom
• Replenish all supplies and amenities to standard
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard
• Delivery or retrieve requested items from guests
• Ensure guestrooms are secured
• Adhere to the lost and found policy for all guest items accidentally left behind
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
