Auro Hotels Management is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to uphold high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction across guest rooms. The role emphasizes following established cleaning procedures and attentively meeting guests' needs.

Responsibilities include assisting teammates, safely using cleaning supplies, arranging amenities, and supporting hotel safety procedures. This is a full-time position with an evening shift (3:00–11:00 pm) and pay-per-room compensation, with immediate start

Responsibilities

• Follows established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guest rooms.
• Assists colleagues when own workstation is completed.
• Properly uses cleaning fluids and supplies.
• Places guest amenities and directs guests to services.
• Performs special projects or requests from management.
• Knows and practices hotel emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
• Sorts, counts, and carries linens.
• Makes beds and dusts furniture to a high standard.
• Replenishes supplies like glasses and writing materials.
• Moves furniture, hangs drapes, replaces bulbs.
• Empties trash and cleans ashtrays; transports waste as needed.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies and cleans floors.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways when requested.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.
• Stocks and replenishes linen rooms as needed.
• Available to start immediately.
• Compensation is pay per room, depending on production.
• Full-time hours available (at least 30 per week).
• Availability during the evening shift, hours 3:00 to 11:00 pm.

The purpose of the Guest Room Attendant is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for product cleanliness. The Guest Room Attendant must ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to our guests needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Knows and follows established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guest rooms according to Auro Hotels' and Branded standards.
• Assists colleagues when own workstation is completed.
• Properly uses all cleaning fluids and supplies.
• Properly places guest amenities, e.g., toilet paper, tissues, guest service directories and turndown amenities.
• Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by management.
• Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
• Sorts, counts, folds, marks, and carries linens.
• Makes beds (triple sheeting) with clean sheets in excellent condition and dusts furniture.
• Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
• Moves furniture, hangs drapes, rolls carpets and replaces light bulbs.
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies. Sweeps and scrubs bathroom floor.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and monitor those actions of others.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways, when requested
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Stocks and replenishes linen rooms if necessary
• Sweeps patios/balconies and ensures cobwebs are removed.
• Available to start immediately.
• Compensation is pay per room, depending on production.
• Full-time hours available (at least 30 per week).
• Availability during the evening shift, hours 3:00 to 11:00 pm.
