We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities
• Stock and organize carts with necessary cleaning supplies and room essentials
• Replace bed linens and make beds to hotel standards
• Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and detailed sanitation
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are in optimal condition
• Follow safety, security, and company standards at all times
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
