Job description

Our SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle is currently seeking an experienced Room Attendant responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction. Position Responsibilities:

1. Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and completing daily special projects.
2. Maintain compliance with the Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
3. Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attentive service.
5. Unload trash from housekeeping carts.
6. Stock linen and supplies in linen rooms or carts.
7. Transport soiled linen to laundry.
8. Report repairs needed to maintenance.
9. Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas.
10. Perform sweeping, waxing, and refuse disposal.
11. Maintain cleanliness of swimming pool and exercise areas.
12. Clean windows and mirrors.
13. Wear proper uniform, including a nametag, at all times.
14. Perform other duties as assigned, including weekend availability.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
