Responsibilities:

1. Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
2. Retrieve supplies, maintain cleanliness of carts and storerooms, and ensure efficiency.
3. Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas, maintaining a presentable facility.
4. Replace towels, soaps, amenities, and restock literature as needed.
5. Wash floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
6. Change bedding, inspect mattresses, and ensure rooms are in pristine condition.
7. Vacuum rooms and public areas thoroughly.
8. Inspect locks and room equipment, reporting issues promptly.
9. Secure equipment, keys, and supplies at all times.
10. Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No formal education or prior experience required.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning principles and equipment.
• Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. continually.
• Push, pull, and move furniture and equipment.
• Work with arms raised above head.
• Navigate fully loaded carts and perform detailed cleaning in poorly lit areas.

Work Environment:

• Indoor climate-controlled environment with strenuous physical activity.
• Excessive heat and humidity, particularly in laundry areas.
