Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping associate to maintain clean, safe rooms and public spaces at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North. You will perform cleansing duties, restock supplies, change linens, and ensure guest rooms meet standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms over head, and work in confined spaces.

• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Strip beds and make beds, change linens.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push/pull vacuum, empty trash, replenish amenities and supplies.
• Sign for room keys and restock rooms; inspect room for cleanliness.

NoOverviewMaintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following are specific contributions that must be developed during the training program in order to successfully complete the program and be placed in a hotel with or without reasonable accommodation:• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.• Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.• Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
