Job summary

NorthPointe Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to greet guests, clean rooms, restock amenities, and maintain public areas to high standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a courteous demeanor to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include bed making, towel and minibar replenishment, floor care, and reporting maintenance needs. Candidates should be flexible with hours and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
• Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
• Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
