Pyramid Roofing is seeking a Repair Technician to join our Fredericksburg team. You’ll diagnose and repair roofing issues, perform siding repairs, and conduct field assessments to determine next steps.

You will document work with notes and photos and communicate with homeowners and team members throughout the process. This role offers solid year-round work, with a flexible schedule including overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing repairs required.
• Multi-trade experience preferred.
• Comfortable with ladders and heights.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks and damaged shingles.
• Perform siding repairs (fascia, soffit, trim, vinyl siding).
• Conduct field assessments to identify repair needs and next steps.
• Complete warranty and service-related repairs per standards.
• Document work with notes and photos.
