Qualifications

• Experience in roofing repairs required; multi-trade experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must provide your own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks and damaged shingles.
• Perform siding repairs (fascia, soffit, trim, vinyl siding).
• Conduct field assessments to identify repair needs and next steps.
• Complete warranty and service-related repair work per company standards.
• Document work with notes and photos; communicate with homeowners and team.
• Operate ladders and repair equipment safely in varying weather.
• Transport materials and assist in busy periods.
• Perform repairs on asphalt shingles, metal, slate, cedar shake, and flat roofs.
