Job summary

Triple Creek Ranch in Montana seeks a Bartender to create a comfortable yet upscale rooftop lounge experience. You will handle beverage service, food service coordination, and maintain exceptional guest relations under the Dining & Beverage Manager.

The role requires bartending experience, flexibility in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to high standards. Competitive benefits are available for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• The person in this position moves about the bar area and rooftop lounge.
• Pour, mix and stir beverages and use cleaning equipment as needed.
• Ascend/descend stairs between dining room and rooftop lounge.
• Create a cocktail list using in-season local products.
• Communicate with guests about drink selections and requests.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Maintain MT alcohol server certification or obtain within 60 days.
• Serve guest food in the Rooftop Lounge.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and energetic environment while upholding high standards.
• Maintain the Five Star TCR image and resort appearance.
• Adhere to alcohol policy and avoid over-serving.
• Never serve minors and ensure safe service.
• Sell wine and spirits and relay details to the Beverage Manager.
• Explain menu items to guests with knowledge and clarity.
• Monitor beverage inventory and par levels for the lounge.
• Coordinate with back-of-house on dietary considerations.
• Open/close duties and maintain professional conduct.
