Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join a small team. The role focuses on servicing rooftop RTUs (2–35 tons) with frequent travel to multiple job sites, reporting to the Service Manager, and handling on-site service tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HVAC experience, EPA refrigerant handling certification, and a MA refrigeration license, along with strong customer service skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification.
• MA refrigeration license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC maintenance procedures.
• Experience with roof work and ladder safety.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine RTU maintenance and equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively.
• Ensure EPA refrigerant handling compliance.
• Conduct work safely on rooftops and ladders.
• Interact professionally with customers on site.
• Follow safety protocols for roof and ladder use.
